Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of credit card and debit card from Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, and American Express. We also accept payments made through PayPal. If you do not feel comfortable paying online we also accept certified checks and money orders.

Do you accept checks?

Yes, we accept checks. Please note that when paying with a check we only accept certified checks.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We process all of our card payments through a payment processor. We do not store your card number. All payment processing is taken care of by our payment processor which encrypts all of your data and makes sure it is all secure. We do not share your personal information with 3rd parties.

General Questions

How do I choose my ring size?

When you are ordering your ring you have the option to add a note to your order. Please specify your ring size in the order notes and we will send you the right size. If you do not put down a size we will reach out to you to figure out what size you need.

Can I see the product in person before buy?

Of course! We encourage all of our customers to come into our physical store and see the jewelry for themselves. Pictures can only show so much detail but when you see the jewelry in person it makes a huge difference.

Do you use real gold and sterling silver?

Yes. We pride ourselves on only using real gold and real sterling silver. All of our jewelry is the highest grade and crafted to perfection.

How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

We include a unsubscribe button at the bottom of all of our emails. If you click on that button you will be unsubscribed from our list.

How do I Check my order status?

To check order status you can either give us a call +1 (800) 860-5229 or Go to your My Account page ( top right corner of the website) and then click on orders. You will see what your current order status is. We also send out email updates on order statuses.

Returns

Can I exchange my product for another one?

Yes, if you would like to exchange your product for another you can. If the product is of greater value then you will have to pay the difference.

How do I return my product?

Sure thing, not every piece of jewelry is for everyone. To return a product please contact our staff by either filling out a contact form or giving us a call at +1 (800) 860-5229. Please have your order number ready.

I ordered the wrong size. What do I do?

We can exchange your product for one that fits. If you are in the area come by the store if not then get in touch with customer support by either filling out a contact form or giving us a call at +1 (800) 860-5229

Shipping

What can cause my order to be delayed?

Orders can be delayed for a few reasons. If our payment processor is having trouble processing your payment then we will hold off on sending out your order until they finish. Orders can also be delayed if the product you are ordering is a custom made piece of jewelry. Orders can also be delayed if we are out of stock on a product or if your order was a back order.

When do my orders ship?

Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of being placed.

How do I update my shipping information?

You can go to the My Account section of our site (press the My Account button on the top right of our site) and then press the Addresses tab. From there you can change your billing and shipping address.

What do I do if my package came in damaged?

We would be glad to help. Take a picture of the package right away. Get in touch with our staff by contact form or by phone at +1 (800) 860-5229. We will need the picture of the damaged package.

My package didn't come in what do I do?

More than likely your package is still in route and there are just delays with the courier. Often times packages are hidden out of site so that they will not be stolen. Look around your entrance, behind bushes, under floor mats. Sometimes packages are delivered to your neighbors. Please check in with them to see if they received your package by mistake.
